Microsoft reserve the right to enforce the 300-seat tenant limit on affiliate plans, in which case they will provide advance notice and further guidance. In the meantime, they are treating customers who have provisioned up to 300 seats on each of the business plans (Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium) as meeting this 300-seat limit, even if they have provisioned more than 300 seats in total on the affiliate plans.
