AI Ultra Access can be added to Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Starter, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus editions. Users on Standard and Plus plans already have Gemini built into Workspace apps. Users on Starter plans gain access to most Gemini in Workspace features by adding AI Ultra Access. It is purchased and managed centrally by your IT admin through the Workspace Admin Console.
AI credits are a usage currency for video generation in Flow and Whisk. Each user with an AI Ultra Access license receives 25,000 monthly credits. Credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Admins can optionally enable credit overages, allowing users to exceed their monthly allocation with additional charges billed at the end of the month. Credit usage can be monitored through admin audit logs.
